Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room or floor number. 
 
As far as possible, we try to take your wishes into consideration.
 
For organizational reasons, the rooms are assigned at CHECK IN
 
Pets are NOT allowed
 
OUR HOURS:
 
CHECK IN ONLY  from 2.00pm to 7.00pm (Other times ONLY by prior telephone arrangement and paying a supplement of €30 as an EXTRA service)
 
After 7:00 PM the main gate and reception are CLOSED.
Our presence and reservation are not guaranteed.
 
CHECK OUT by 10.00 (rooms) BY 9.30 (apartment)
 
BREAKFAST from 8.00 to 10.00
 
POOL from 10.00 to 19.00
 
STRUCTURE NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS
 
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE STRUCTURE.
 
RATES
 
Prices are per room and not per person, they INCLUDE:
 
the rich breakfast buffet (from 8.00 to 10.00),
 
bed linen and towels changed every 3/4 days (towels on the floor beyond these days will be counted as an extra payment),
 
daily cleaning from 9 to 12.00,
 
use of the swimming pool (from 01/05 to 01/10 from 10 to 19) with deck chairs and umbrella (from 14.00 on the day of arrival to the day before departure)

private parking
 
air conditioning
 
 
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE TOURIST TAX
(€ 1.50 per person per night - children up to 14 years do not pay)
 
 
* The double room for single use during fairs, most important holidays and from May to October the high season rate is applied.
 
 
For the overnight stay of ONLY 1 OR 2  NIGHT, the maximum rate and payment by credit card in advance (NOT REFUNDABLE RATE) is required.
 
 
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
 
The reservation will be effective after the payment of a previously agreed deposit and only after the written confirmation by AGRITURISMO BORGO DI CALMASINO by e-mail.
 
 
The deposit acts as a deposit which will not be returned in case of cancellation.
 
 
STAY PAYMENT BALANCE
 
The balance of the payment, for organizational reasons, must be paid at CHECK IN in cash, debit or credit card..
 
 
CANCELLATION TERMS
 
In case of cancellation or changes made 14 days before the arrival date, only the deposit will be retained and no cost will be charged.
 
In case of cancellation or modification made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
 
In case of late arrival and / or early departure, the booked stay period will be charged.
 
Important: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are completely or partially reassigned.
